The aptitude test is validated for use by sponsors of IBEW/NECA electrical apprenticeship programs to assist in the selection of apprentices. The aptitude exam evaluates candidates on their math skills and reading comprehension. The aptitude exam is given on scheduled dates and times from the Central Florida Electrical JATC.
